Contact details you submit through the pilot or survey forms: name, email address, company or store, country, role, and the free-text information you choose to provide.

Shelf photographs you send us for analysis, together with the metadata needed to identify the store section and date.

To respond to pilot and contact requests, to produce and deliver your shelf audit reports, and to improve the accuracy and usefulness of those reports.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

We process contact data on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Shelf photographs and audit data are processed to perform the pilot service you requested.

Data is stored within the EU. Shelf photographs are kept only as long as needed to produce and quality-check the report, and are deleted on request.

Contact details are kept for the duration of the pilot programme and removed when you ask us to remove them.

Reports may be reviewed by the retail professionals working with Shelvion on quality control. They are bound by confidentiality and see only what is necessary to verify a report.

We use infrastructure and email providers to deliver the service. They act as processors under contract.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@shelvion.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change with it.
